Pricing & Payment

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received before an order is processed.

Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate team names, customization details, shipping information, and sizing selections.

Pep Club is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

If a mock-up is requested, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details before production begins.

Shipping & Delivery

Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Pep Club is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our products are custom made, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for custom items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
