What if I don't see my team listed?
No problem! We can create a sweatshirt for ANY team. Use our Create Your Own option. We'll create a custom design just for your home team. Every custom order is reviewed by our team to ensure it'll look its best!
Can I see a mock-up of my custom order before it's made?
Yes you can! Simply request a mock-up in the Special Instructions in the Cart section or email us at pepclubshop@gmail.com.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Our custom sweatshirts are made to order and typically ship within 2–3 weeks of purchase. Please allow extra time during peak busy seasons such a the holidays.
How should I care for my sweatshirt?
Wash inside out in cold water and lay flat or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the lettering.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer volume pricing, simply purchase 10 or more items and use Promo Code GAMEDAY10 to receive 10% off. Visit our Bulk Orders page to learn more or request a custom order.
What is your return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to love their new spirit wear!
Because each Pep Club sweatshirt is custom made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom team names, color selections, or incorrect sizes selected at checkout.
We encourage customers to review product photos, sizing information, and color options carefully before placing an order. If you have questions before ordering, we're always happy to help.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled or modified before production begins. Once your mock-up has been approved and production has started, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Please reach out to us at pepclubshop@gmail.com.
What if I made a mistake on my order?
Please reach out to us as soon as possible at pepclubshop@gmail.com. If production has not started, we'll do our best to update your order.
